About Aegean

The Aegean and Mediterranean region had not lived 4th Glacial Age (Ice Age) and plants (flora) live more than 250,000 years from other regions in the World. Because of that reason more than thirty percent of East Mediterranean Region Plants is Endemic which means around 3500 different plants can grow up only in this region.

Many of miraculous fruit’s Motherland (Gene Bank) is Aegean-Mediterranean region of Anatolia such as Olive (Oleo Europaea S) and Fig (Ficus Carica), Apricot (Prunus Armeniaca), Sour Cherry (Prunus Cerasus), Antep Pistachio (Pistacia Vera).

There are many Endemic type of above fruits they are only grown up at Anatolia.

Aegean Spirit Trading Co. established to share many unique (endemic) tasted/flavored Aegean/Anatolian fruits with our world friends.

Before establishment of Aegean Spirit many fairs (such as SIAL 17-Shanghai) and Food Research Centers were visited and many scientists were spoken. After that Aegean Spirit Trading Co. established by Chinese and Turkish Investors.
